Ingredients: Certified Organic Slippery Elm Bark, Certified Organic Marshmallow Root, Certified Organic Buchu Leaf, Certified Organic Chickweed, Certified Organic Cornsilk, Certified Organic Crampbark, Certified Organic Parsley Leaf, Certified Organic Orange Peel, Florida Orange Rooibos, Certified Organic Stevia Leaf.
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, steep 1-1/2 tsp. Rolling Stone tea blend in hot water (not boiling - we recommend 205º water) for 4-5 minutes. Drink 1-3 cups daily. Drink at least one cup of water after drinking prepared tea. Continue to drink plenty of water to aid in flushing the kidneys. Herbs can be re-steeped two times before discarding.
